Data we process

We store your account email, a one-way password hash, authorization grants and the backlog content you choose to save: titles, descriptions, tags, context, priority, status and timestamps. Session and anti-forgery cookies are necessary for sign-in and account security.

Use and sharing

We use this data to provide the service, enforce access controls and respond to support requests. The AI client you authorize can receive and modify your backlog. Its provider applies its own privacy policy. Cloudflare processes network traffic as the service proxy. We do not sell backlog data or use it for advertising. No analytics or advertising cookies are installed.

Retention and your choices

Backlog items remain until you delete them or request account deletion. Contact us from your account email to request access, export, correction or deletion. We verify ownership before acting. Deleted data may remain in operational backups until their normal rotation; we will explain applicable retention when handling your request. Removing a ChatGPT connection does not delete your Backlog account.

Security and contact

Traffic uses HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and production accounts have separate data access. Avoid saving secrets or sensitive regulated data. Security reports and privacy requests: [email protected]. This policy may change; material changes will be published here with an updated effective date.
